Cardmember Annual Travel Benefit

To receive a $100 statement credit, use an American Express Card to purchase vacation of at least $3,000 through American Express Travel. Limit one credit per Card account, per year. Credit posted to Cardmember's account 3-4 weeks after completion of travel. Not valid for group bookings.

Travel + Leisure Subscription Offer

Included in purchase is one year of Travel + Leisure magazine. Valid for new U.S. subscribers only. Limit one subscription per household. If you do not wish to receive subscription (value $12) and want a refund, send request with your name and address to Time Customer Service, PO Box 62700, Tampa, FL 33662-7008. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of first issue.

Double Membership Rewards Points

To get double points, you must charge cruise or vacation package to Membership Rewards program-enrolled Card. Membership Rewards Pay With Points

To use Pay with Points, you must charge purchase through American Express Travel to Membership Rewards program-enrolled Card. Points will be debited from Membership Rewards account, and credit for corresponding dollar amount will be issued to Card account used. If points redeemed do not cover entire amount, the balance of purchase price will remain on Card account. Minimum redemption 5,000 points. Effective for Pay with Points redemptions for Consumer and Business Platinum Cardmembers and Centurionmembers will receive 1 bonus point for every 5 points you redeem. To be eligible to earn bonus points, Card account(s) must be active and not in default at the time of bonus points fulfillment. Transactions charged to a Corporate Card are excluded. Bonus points will be credited to your Membership Rewards First account approximately 6-10 weeks after charges appear on your billing statement. Gold Card Destinations

International Airline Program

Airline fuel surcharges and certain government-imposed taxes and fees on international air transportation, as well as applicable companion ticketing fees, are the responsibility of the Card member.

Companion ticket requires purchase of qualifying First- or Business-Class ticket through American Express Travel with an American Express Card issued in the U.S. Platinum Card member or Centurion member's name on a participating airline. Participating airlines include: Aer Lingus, AeroMexico, Air Canada, Air France, Air New Zealand, Asiana Airlines, Austrian, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Japan Airlines, Jet Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, LAN, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, South African Airways, Swiss International Air lines, Virgin Atlantic. Travel must originate in and return to U.S. gateway (excluding Puerto Rico and overseas territories) or Canadian gateway. One-way travel permitted on some airlines where routing originates in U.S. Available service class (First or Business) determined by airline. Seat availability is limited. Card member and companion must travel on same itinerary. Limit one companion ticket per Card member traveling. Tickets are non-transferable or endorsable. Non-refundable $78 American Express service fee applies to purchase and all ticket changes/refunds with Platinum Card (fees waived for Centurion members). Companion ticket subject to government taxes/fees from $50 to $500 roundtrip, including September 11th Security fee of up to $10. Total charge for companion ticket may also reflect airline-imposed fuel surcharges of up to $800 roundtrip. Companion ticket must be returned/cancelled before full-fare ticket is refunded. Not combinable with any other promotion and may not be available on participating airline's code-share partners, i.e., flights marketed by the ticketing airline but operated by its partner airline. Airlines reserve right to modify fare rules/program participation prior to booking.

Private Jet Services

Valid for new bookings made through American Express Travel. Payment must be made with an American Express Card in U.S. Platinum Card member or Centurion member's name. Card member must travel on itinerary booked. May not be combined with other offers unless indicated.

American Express Vacations:

American Express Vacations vacation packages operated by Travel Impressions, a subsidiary of American Express. Offers valid on 3-night minimum stays. Guaranteed adjoining or connecting rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. For kids stay, play, or eat free, age requirements vary by hotel. Non-refundable $35 American Express Vacations service fee applies to Destination Family purchases. Terms and conditions apply to bonus value offer and vary based on the property and package booked. Benefits are combinable with Platinum/Centurion Destinations Vacations and Gold Card Destinations programs. Benefits are not combinable with Fine Hotels & Resorts.

Abercrombie & Kent:

There must be at least one passenger traveling under the age of 18 in order to get discount. Discount is per person, available on all itineraries, and combinable with any existing Abercrombie & Kent discounts, where available. There is no maximum on the number of passengers per booking who are eligible for the discount. There are no black-out dates or rate restrictions on this discount. Discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Discount is combinable with Platinum/Centurion Destinations Vacations and Gold Card Destinations programs.

Tauck World Discovery:

Discount is per child 18 years and under, available on all itineraries, and combinable with Tauck passenger and child discounts, where available. There is no maximum on the number of children per booking who are eligible for the discount. There are no blackout dates or rate restrictions on this discount. Discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Not combinable with Platinum/Centurion Destinations Vacations or Gold Card Destinations programs.

Omni Hotels and Resorts:

Offer valid at all Omni Hotels and Resorts worldwide. Rates and participation may vary by property and date of arrival. All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer is not valid with groups or conventions and may not be combined with other special offers or discounts. Other restrictions may apply. Second room is optional. Maximum of one room at 25% off and one guaranteed adjoining room. If second room is booked, both rooms must check-in at the same time in order to confirm adjoining rooms. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed at all properties worldwide. Complimentary upgrade to Kids Fantasy Suites are based upon availability and determined at time of arrival. 30% off dinner discount does not apply to tax, gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Dinner discount is valid once per stay for up to a maximum of four people dining in most hotel restaurants after 5 PM. At properties in the US, Canada, and Mexico a dinner discount is not valid through room service. Complimentary half day of Kids Camp is available for one child per stay, not including food and beverage, at hotels and resorts when and where available. Spa discount applies to one spa service as packaged by the spa per stay. Spa discount is not valid towards tax, gratuity, salon services, or the purchase of retail products; spa participation varies by property. Spa reservations are based on availability. Golf discount applies to green fees once per stay and does not apply to tax, other services, or retail products, including club rentals. Golf reservations are based on availability. Advanced reservations for golf and spa are encouraged. Late check-out is based on availability.

Avis Rental Car:

Savings of up to 25% applies to Avis leisure daily, weekly and weekend rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental. Offer applies to all standard car groups. Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) may apply and are extra. Optional products such as LDW ($29.99/day or less, except in Louisiana $49.99/day) and refueling are extra. Agent must enter /CD-G877000 to take advantage of this offer. Offer is available for U.S. and Canadian residents only for rentals at participating Airport locations in the U.S. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other AWD number, promotion or offer. Weekly rates require a minimum five day rental period. Weekend rate available Thursday noon; car must be returned by Monday 11:59 p.m., or higher rate will apply. A Saturday night keep and an advance reservation may be required. Discount valid on rentals checked out no later than 12/31/2011. California:

This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger is located in California at the time of payment. Eligible passengers may file a claim with TCRF if the passenger is owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which the seller of travel failed to forward to a proper provider or such money was not refunded to you when required. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. Washington:

If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty (30) days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen (14) days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.

Nevada:

RECOVERY FUND FOR CONSUMERS DAMAGED BY SELLERS OF TRAVEL
You may be eligible for payment from the Recovery Fund if you have paid money to a seller of travel registered in Nevada for the purchase of travel services or a vacation certificate and you have suffered certain financial damages as a result of the transaction.
